It is called "A Primitive Gathering" by Sue McElhaney. She is a very talented artist and is a friend of mine. (We met through Ebay years ago). Sue is a very creative lady and her blog is worth checking out. She has a selling blog also, has stitchery patterns, vendor tags to print out, etc.
