Went to my last physical therapy session today. I will miss the people there...very helpful/nice people...even though they did hurt me! lol! I know they did it to make my knee better. I am thankful for their expertise and knowledge!
Will return to the YMCA on Monday for water walking and aqua size classes. I have really missed it and will enjoy seeing everyone again.
