I want to thank all of veterans and those currrently serving in our United States Army, Marines, Air Force, Navy, etc.

Our freedom is very precious to me and I do appreciate your services to our country! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Went to my knee surgeon for my 6 weeks check up this morning. He said I was doing great, so I was very pleased. I thought I was, but good to hear he thought so too!

Went to Water Walking/Aquasize and now I am going to ice my knee! It is "talking too me", lol!
