Didn't go to water walking......

Well, I chickened out today! My knee is really acting weird today, so I didn't go to aqua size/water walking after all. Our town had a Fall Open House of homes for sale yesterday...and I did alot of walking yesterday. I came home and iced my knee several times, but today it just felt weird...I felt like it was going to go out on me several times, so I just decided to play it safe and be a chicken! I imagine it was just my imagination! Hopefully, I can go on Wednesday.
